Carlton Trail Regional College
Carlton Trail Regional College, with its head office located in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, is one of 9 regional colleges in the province. The College has regional offices in Davidson, Southey, Watrous and Wynyard. The College offers a wide range of programming, including non-credit community and individual development courses, computer consulting, adult basic education, literacy, and credit vocational and technical programs brokered from SIAST. Examples of full-time credit programs are Office Education, Pre-employment Welding, Home Care / Special Care Aide, Licensed Practical Nursing, Emergency Medical Technician, Teacher Assistant / Rehabiliation Worker, Parts Management Technician, and Custom Harvester. Employers within the region served by the College may access programs and services related to work-based training, computer consulting, and customized employee training. Career, education and training, and personal counselling services are readily available. Each year, Carlton Trail Regional College delivers programs to over 5500 students in over 50 communities in east-central Saskatchewan. Education and training opportunities provided by the College are designed to meet the needs of business and communities. Graduate employment rates consistently exceed 85%.
