Terms: This is an Internet only auction. There will be no live auction. All bidding must take place on the Internet. Payment must be made no later than 3:00 PM Thursday, March 13, 2008. Cash, approved or bank guaranteed check, MC or VISA is accepted. Standard 18.5% buyer's premium discounted to 15% for cash. Sales tax applies. Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds. Nothing removed until paid for. RMEB will not ship or arrange to ship anything in this auction unless agreed to in advance. It all must be picked up during load-out. RMEB will have staff on location at 2775 Valmont Road, Boulder, CO 80304 to accept payments and allow load out on Thursday, March 13, 2008 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM This is the only scheduled load out time. It may be possible to make special arrangements with the property owner to pick-up later. There is not a loader or forklift on the property. Depending upon how many people desire the use of a loader or forklift it may be possible to coordinate the use of one and have those buyers split the cost. Subject to deletions and additions.
