PAYMENT TERMS and METHODS:

Payment must be received in full in the form of a Cash, Cashiers Check, Master Card, Visa or Debit Card the day of the auction.
A 3% Convenience fee will be added for Master Card, Visa and Debit Cards.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total sales price.

7% Sales Tax will be charged unless the winning bidder has and presents their 2008 tax exemption resale certificate.
