PAYMENT TERMS and METHODS:
Payment must be received in full in the form of a Cash, Cashiers Check, Master Card, Visa or Debit Card the day of the auction.
A 3% Convenience fee will be added for Master Card, Visa and Debit Cards.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total sales price.
6.5% Sales Tax will be charged unless the winning bidder has and presents their 2008 tax exemption resale certificate.
Although every effort is made to accurately describe the items being sold - Neither Atkinson Realty and Auction, Inc., or the Seller guarantees the accuracy, description, condition or usability of any item in this auction. They also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction, accept or reject any and all bids that are in the best interest of the seller.
Everything is sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Everyone must depend upon their own judgment, inspection and opinion before they bid.
REMOVAL and PICKUP: The winning bidder must arrange for their own Pickup and Removal from the Auction Location in Bradenton, Florida USA.

PLEASE NOTE: No Items will not be released for pickup or removal unless the buyer has an Invoice from Atkinson Realty and Auction, Inc. stamped Paid in Full.
