Everyone is required to register to place a bid. To register you will need a valid government photo I.D. and earnest monies of 10% (Ten Percent) of the highest bid in Certified Funds. Made payable to Ward Auction and Appraisals Inc.

Can I Pre-Register for the Auction?
Yes, we highly recommend you register early to avoid any delays or last minute problems. We will be happy to work with you ahead of time to make sure all the paperwork is completed and you are ready and prepared for the auction.
You will still need to check in prior to the auction.
Is there a deadline for pre-registration?
Yes, the deadline for pre-registration is Friday, October 19, 2007 at 5:00 pm.
Can I bring my family/friends to the auction with me?
Yes, only those individuals that have registered will be allowed to bid.

How long do I have to close if I am the winning bidder?
