The staff of DiNardo & Lord Auctioneers returns once again to Chicago to preside over another great auction. Buyers are invited to join real estate auctioneer Tom DiNardo and his staff as they will auction off approximately one hundred Illinois and Wisconsin properties consisting of condominiums, townhomes and single family homes. Each property is open for viewing prior to the auction, and has had an inspection and appraisal. No distressed properties whatsoever. Advance registration is required. A ten percent earnest money deposit is required to be paid in full by the third day following the auction. A 5% Buyer's premium is in effect. A real estate commission of 1.5 % will be paid to a duly licensed Buyer's broker meeting all required terms and conditions.
