Newaygo County Tax Sale, Thursday, August 30, 2007 @ 1:00 PM Registration begins at 12:00 PM A deposit of $1,000.00 in Cash or Certified Funds (made payable to yourself) is required in order to receive a bid card. If you are not the high bidder the deposit will be returned. All sales paid in full day of sale! We will be at the sale location until 3:00 PM Sales of $1,000.00 or less must be paid in cash! Sales over $1,000.00 are first $1,000.00 in cash, remaining balance is cash or cash equivalent or personal/company checks. Bank checks should be made payable to Tranzon Bippus. No sales can be made on a time-payment plan. If you are unable to attend this sale in person, feel free to contact us to arrange for absentee bidding. Several options are available.
