GENERAL TERMS:

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card, on the day of sale & before removal of items.

Bidders must register with valid picture ID & are required to use the number issued them when identifying themselves as the successful bidder.

Seven% sales tax & 10% buyer's premium on all purchases.

Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. Ownership transfers once auctioneer states 'SOLD'.

Purchases need to be removed within 24 hours of auction day.

Should a dispute arise during the auction between bidders, the auctioneer shall use his best judgment in all cases. The item may be resold & the auctioneer’s decision is final.

It should clearly be understood & agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only & reserves the right to hold back an item &/or bid on behalf of absentee bidders.

Bids shall advance as deemed appropriate by auctioneer.
