Monday, March 17, 2008 – 12:30 p.m.

Property Description:

NE ¼ 29-147-71

Auction Note:  This property has a CRP contract that expired on 10-01-2007.  This property has 133.70 acres that were in CRP with the balance in grass, a farmstead with mature trees, excellent wind break, and wetland.  This property has the potential to convert to crop rotation, haying and grazing.  In addition, the farmstead is a tremendous location for feeding cattle because of the wind breaks and water (well).  This property has very good access.

These bids and plans must be submitted to Pifer’s by March 15, 2008.  Those submitting plans will be invited to an oral bidding at 12:30 p.m. in Carrington, North Dakota on March 17, 2008.
