OREGON REGULATIONS
All Oregon residents without a Federal Firearms License (FFL) will be allowed to purchase long and hand guns in this auction.
Residents of Washington, Nevada and Idaho who do not have an FFL may purchase long guns but not hand guns. Residents of states other than Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada may not purchase any firearms without a valid FFL. Purchasers of firearms who do not have a valid FFL Licensed will be required to pass an $11.00 dollar federal background check. The fee for each addition call regarding background checks after the initial check will be $5.00
