Payments must be made no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday following the auction.
A deposit of 25% is required by the end of the auction saturday for those needing to secure certified funds by 5:00 PM on Tuesday. Nothing will be removed from premises until paid for in full.
Removal period for container stock, greenhouses and misc. will be 20 days. Field stock can be held over till December 2007 with a small fee applied for water costs. Approximately $.15 per plant for the season.
Watering and maintenance of any field stock held over will be the buyers responsibility!
Irrigation pipe and sprinkers are in the fields for prospective buyers use. Counts on plant material are very close to being accurate. All plant material lots are on the plus side of 5 - 20 extra.
If there are any questions please use the preview to your advantage. No adjustments will be made after the auction on plant count so bid accordingly. Everything is sold as-is
