Tenders must be submitted by written offer before 12:00pm, Monday, October 15, 2007, to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd: Box 3081, Regina, SK, S4P 3G7, or delivered to the Regina Office, located at the Heartland Livestock Centre, Hwy: #1 East, Regina, SK (north service road, east of the CKCK TV station). 2. Land descriptions are provided for informal purposes & McDougall Auctioneers Ltd will not be accountable for any perceived misrepresentation. 3. Tenders may be submitted on individual quarters, in combinations, or on the entire package. 4. The house (Package E) must be removed from yard site by spring of 2008 if bid separately from land (Package D). 5. The highest, or any tender not necessarily accepted. 6. The tender must be accompanied by a 10% deposit, in the form of cash, bank draft, or certified cheque, payable to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. (Unsuccessful bidders will receive full deposit refund.) 7. The outstanding balance remaining after tender acceptance must be paid to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd within 21 days from the date of sale. 8. Tender deposit will be forfeited if the tender is accepted and the sale is not finalized for any reason. 9. Sale of the land is to be free & clear of all encumbrances. Vendor will be responsible for 2007 property taxes. 10. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for any and all fees and disbursements as required to complete the sales transaction. 11. In the event of a dispute or uncertainly concerning the conduct of the sale, the decision of McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. shall be binding on all parties.
