Successful bidder will deposit 10% irrevocable earnest money down day of sale with balance due in certified funds upon closing, on or before May 9, 2007. Clark Title Company, Aberdeen, SD will act as closing agent. Property is selling without Buyer contingency of any kind, have financial arrangements secured prior to bidding. Title insurance and Clark Title closing fee will be split equally between Buyer and Seller. Land is offered subject to tenant's rights for 2007 crop year. Announcements made at time of auction shall have precedence over printed material. CenDak Realty is representing the Seller exclusively.
