Legal Description: Lots 1 - 2 - 3 - 4; S1/2 of NE1/4 except Hwy.; N1/2 of SE1/4 and S1/2 of NW 1/4 all in Section 4-120N 57W, Day County, SD.
307.2 FSA tillable acres. 2008 taxes were $2,321. The tillable acres on this Tract of land are excellent soil type and very productive. This Tract is located just SE of Butler, SD.

TRACT 2: 160 Acres Butler Township
Legal Description: NW1/4 of 25-121N 57W, Day County, SD.
148.8 FSA tillable acres. This Tract has been in the CRP program and came out in 2008 – the new owner can hay this crop in 2009. 2008 taxes were $943.

TRACT 3: Approximatly 300 Acres Butler Township
Legal Description: NE1/4 Less Rd and SE1/4 of 34-121N 57W, Day County, SD.
162 FSA cropland acres balance is grassland, pasture and trees.  2008 taxes were $1,439 on entire 1/2 section. The building site of approximately 16 acres will not be sold. An official survey is being conducted to determine building site actual acres and will determine the actual acres in Tract 3 before closing.

TRACTS 1 & 3 are currently under a lease for the 2009 crop year. Possession to be granted after the growing crop is harvested and the 2009 pasture season.
