The restaurant equipment was not sold with the real estate on Monday, March 27th. Therefore, we will conduct an auction of the restaurant items on April 12th.

Selling "as we go" at sale time, no "formal" list of items wiil be prepared or available. Here are a few of the many items to be sold:

Inspection 9 a.m. on auction day.

Terms: All items will be sold in "as is, where is, as inspected" condition, day of sale.

Payment: Cash or good check, day of auction. 10% Buyer's Premium to be charged for all items sold.

Removal: Items may be removed AFTER conclusion of auction until 4 p.m., or on Thur/Fri/Sat from 9 a.m. until Noon.
