52 Holstein cows, 19 Holstein bred heifers, 16 Hol. heifers (7-14 mo.), 15 Hol. heifers (newborn-6 mo.)
This is a very good herd of dairy cattle that are well bred for production. Current DHIA RHA is 24,929 m. 3.8% 954 B.F. & 763 pro. Bulk tank receipts show an 80 lbs. per cow average w/SCC of only 111,000. Top A-I sires from Select Sires and Genex have been used w/daughters of O-Man, Mandelin, Marmax, Lynch, Forbidden, Dane, & Jet Stream selling. All cattle are AI sired & homebred. A complete herd health program and vacc. schedule is maintained. All heifers are accustomed to cold weather housing and fully vaccinated.
