Ranch Location: 6 miles South of Lusk Wyoming on Highway #85, then 4 miles East on Kaan Road to the Ranch Headquarters. TERMS & POSSESSION A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before July 31, 2006 by cash or certified funds.
